Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Smart Billing platform — including the web dashboard and the Smart Billing Mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Smart Billing

Smart Billing is an internal platform operated by Flowbiz Sàrl for licensing, billing, and customer support across its family of products. Access to the dashboard and mobile app is limited to authorized operators (Flowbiz Sàrl staff and designated administrators of connected applications).

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — managing licenses, subscriptions, billing, and customer support for connected applications

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its data
• Use the platform to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited content
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

5. Customer Support Data

Through Smart Billing's support inbox, operators may view and respond to messages from end users of connected applications. Operators must handle this data responsibly and only for the purpose of providing support, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Smart Billing platform (text, graphics, logo, icons, source code) is protected by Swiss and international copyright law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization from Flowbiz Sàrl is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Smart Billing available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Flowbiz Sàrl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Smart Billing platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any operator who violates these Terms, without prior notice where warranted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
